• Payments must be made within the specified timeframe on invoice (e.g., 7 days from invoice).
• Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
• Refunds are not provided for completed work or services already rendered.

4. No Guaranteed Results

While we aim to improve your website’s search performance, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or sales improvements. Search engines use complex algorithms that are beyond our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of revenue, business opportunities, or data due to SEO services.
• Algorithm changes or penalties resulting from prior activities.
• Delays caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, hosting providers).

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for our services within the last 1 month, regardless of any total payments made over a longer period.

6. Intellectual Property

• Content, strategies, or reports created as part of our service remain our property until full payment is received.
• Upon payment, the rights to use delivered materials are transferred to you.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will still be payable.

8. Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO software) to perform our services. You agree to their terms of use where applicable.
